CONFIDENTIALITY

- ONCE registered with DHR, you become accountable for the confidentiality/non-compete/non-solicit restrictions 

- You may not disclose info about any of our workers/applicants 

- You may not disclose your pay rates to any of - your co-workers, nor should you ask for their rate

- Once registered with DHR, and subsequently sent over for an interview at a client site, you may not work there through any other agency 

- Once assigned by another agency, we follow the same rule

- You may not disclose agency worker info, pay rates, payment practices, and info about our other clients

- You also should not engage in a practice to start a business in the same field and you SHOULD NOT try to solicit business from DHR's active clients. 

You have a period of 5 years from your last day of work at DHR, and at that point these mandatory restrictions would n o longer be applicable. 

During your working assignments, you come across various companies, and if you are able to provide a TIP/HINT with name of company and name of person who would be in charge of hiring agencies. There is an excellent referral bonus, which may be paid as long as that client and yourself are with DHR. You may not under any circumstances try to take the client to someone else because you will be in breach of your GOOD-WILL clause 

Let your friends also know that if you guys are able to refer a company to us where we would be able to send workers. That will be on-going commission until the company works with us and you are either working for us at a client or working for us directly.
